Wolfgang Moser

Wolfgang Moser has been working for the Development Cooperation Department within the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs of Austria since 1990. As hydraulics, mechanical and environmental engineer he was called to serve for the Africa-EU Energy Partnership (AEEP) in 2007. He is the Austrian Co-chair of the AEEP and initiated the First High Level Meeting in 2010 in Vienna, where the AEEP 2020 Targets were endorsed. Mr Moser also initiated the Uganda-Austria Energy Partnership and chaired the Midterm evaluation of the Africa-EU Infrastructure Trust Fund with the European Investment Bank. His dedication is the relief of water- and energy poverty of the African people.
